Technical support by our trained technicians can assist on or off site. Equipment upgrades can be performed on-site or at a specified location.
AXOâ€™s Operator and Maintenance program is specifically designed to ensure your shredding equipment is operating efficiently and at optimum efficiency. Preventative Maintenance packages are available for Monthly or Quarterly site visits.
AXO Service technicians are based in strategic worldwide locations and are also supported by our Network of service providers.
AXO have designed service features in there products to create ease of service with the focus on simplicity for the end user. AXO has parts stock in all of its Global locations; this creates quick response to any maintenance or service requirements.
Training programs are provided to give operators the ability to operate and regularly maintain there AXO equipment on a daily basis. Training and Operation courses are provided on site or at an approved AXO facility. Operation manuals and Maintenance Manuals are provided for all AXO Equipment.
