Another AXO Customer gains NAID AAA Certification
Gloucester, UK, based mobile document shredding firm ALLShred has become the first English and the second UK company to be awarded one of the confidential document shredding industries highest certification standards, NAID AAA Certification.
NAID (National Association of Information Destruction, Phoenix, Az, USA) operates a certification program designed to give consumers of confidential document shredding services confidence that the processes and practices of a shredding firm can be relied on to securely destroy confidential documents.
Both ALLShred, and the first company in the UK to attain NAID AAA status, South Wales Shredding, achieved the coveted standard using AXO 608 Mobile Document Shredding Trucks.
The AXO 608 model is a proven performer, able to securely destroy waste office paper at the rate of 2,500 kgs per hour, and capable of storing a payload of shredded paper of up to 6,000 kgs before requiring unloading.
The AXO 608 is offered with various options, including CCTV monitoring of the shredder and payload, remote engine start, security screen doors, certified for trade weighing scales, in cab payload discharge control and wind deflector.
The 608 model in Europe is supplied mounted on an Iveco 18 ton cab chassis.
The AXO 608 features AXO's unique solid shafts which give it the strongest shafts in the industry. This brings high reliability, a very high throughput and low maintenance.
The AXO Solid Shafts do not require torque-nuts, which means carefully following a regular torque-nut tightening regime is not required. This makes AXO trucks particularly suited to situations where employees may not be dedicated to a particular vehicle and where maintenance schedule management is more difficult.
In the UK and Europe AXO Shredding Trucks are supported by AXO employed, factory trained engineers.
In addition to the AXO 608 model Mobile Shredding Truck, AXO manufacture the AXO 432, AXO 408 and the AXO Metro model, a 7.5 ton Mobile Shredding Truck.
The AXO 408 and the AXO Metro are based on the same shredding machine block, and are both capable of shredding waste office paper at a rate of 1,000 kgs per hour.
